Arty Splats provide unique hands on sensory exploration classes for little ones from 6-16 months.
Our baby classes are aimed at babies from 6-16 months, the main requirement is that your little one can sit unaided. Our sensory exploration classes encourage your baby’s development through hands on activities that encourage your baby to explore their senses. You can guarantee that our baby classes will allow your baby to get stuck into activities and not just be passively watching you! Classes are guaranteed to stimulate their senses and include sensory art activities (for example textured paint); messy play, bubbles; messy play activities; music, singing and musical instruments and more!
We have an exciting new theme each week so no class is ever the same. We might be On a Bear Hunt, on a Space Adventure, exploring Nursery Rhymes or having a Tiger to Tea.
Arty Splats classes offer you and your baby something unique to share together. Each week we have a host of themed messy / sensory play activities and a lovely art or craft activity. Our art and craft activities are designed specifically for this age group and provide you with a wonderful opportunity to create some special keepsake art, usually using little hands or feet.
Our sensory and messy play experiences contribute in crucial ways to brain development. When a baby’s senses are stimulated it sends signals to the brain that help to strengthen neural pathways which are important for all types of learningand you can leave all the mess to us!
